Healthy Diet Foods
In an effort to make weight loss to achieve ideal body weight by calculating the BMI (Body Mass Index) I do a lot of vegetable diet. Breakfast and lunch menu I was a vegetable and other companion menu, but without the rice. At first I thought would not be easy for me to run this kind of diet; not eat rice, seemed to have not eaten. But after trying, not too difficult. Even now I can enjoy breakfast and lunch without rice. Of course, more dinner was delicious, after a day of white rice does not chew, I include a dinner of white rice (of course, not in excessive amounts – for revenge since the day did not eat rice). Several types of vegetables that my favorites were the mainstay healthy diet is
1. Chicory
2. Broccoli
3. Pak choi (mustard meat)
Chicory Why?
The reason I chose chicory as a healthy diet is that chicory nonperishable – could last longer, up to a week stored in the refrigerator. Moreover, the price is relatively cheap chicory; but the nutrient content of factors, chicory contains many vitamins and minerals are useful.
Why broccoli?
Broccoli is a vegetable “super” which is very beneficial for health because the content of phytochemical substances in it. In addition, broccoli is also rich in beta-carotene, vitamin B1 and vitamin C, folate, calcium, iron, and potassium. Broccoli also contains fiber, which is quite high; that we know that fiber helps launch a bowel movement.
